The service went well and on time, the clerk was friendly and professional. I was disappointed though because the breaks were not fixed since I was told that the spare parts (Break pads) were not in stock despite I called one week before asking specifically to fix them. Coming from Wezembeek-Oppem (30 km distance from your workshop) and having the appointment at 7.30 in the morning, what happened was not very customer oriented situation! That should not happen again. Thank you.
